An Electrifying Society Accelerates Norelco’s Growth – Company Reorganises into Group Structure

Norelco is taking the next step in its growth strategy by transitioning into group structure as of 1st of March 2026. The structural change is part of the company’s long-term growth programme aimed at strengthening Norelco’s position in a rapidly electrifying society – both in Finland and in international markets.

Electrification Is Accelerating the Market
The green transition, the electrification of transport, and the rapid expansion of data centres are increasing electricity production and consumption at an unprecedented pace. This directly drives demand for power distribution systems across multiple industries.

Norelco has responded to growing demand by digitalising its production, investing in quality, and developing new products and services to meet the needs of the energy transition. Growth is further supported by strategic investments in a new automated paint facility and artificial intelligence.

As part of the reorganisation, a parent company, Norelco Group Oy, will be established, while operational business activities will be centralised under the subsidiary Norelco Oy.

The reorganisation strengthens Norelco’s ability to grow responsibly and respond to the increasing demand driven by the energy transition. At the same time, we are enhancing our competitiveness through smarter products and the new PowerCare service.
