Quality driven production at Norelco

Lean methods and the consequent high-quality and responsible operations are familiar themes at Norelco. Now, Norelco has joined the Finnish Quality Association (also Excellence Finland).

"At Norelco we follow the lean production model, aiming for streamlined and reliable processes. For this reason, production is divided into several subprocesses that progress simultaneously, ensuring rapid completion and precise quality control," says Ari Hämäläinen, Norelco's CEO.

Norelco holds a decisive community membership in the Finnish Quality Association. This is important to Ari Hämäläinen, as he anticipates Norelco gaining the latest information and coaching for quality and sustainability development in the future.

"It's a very concrete matter because right from the start, 20 of our staff will participate in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training," Ari explains.
