Norelco Strengthens Its Growth with New Key Appointments

Norelco continues to support its growth by strengthening its organisation. Riina Tolvanen joined the company as Finance Manager in August, and Jukka Kokkonen started as Norelco’s new Sales Director at the beginning of September. Both roles have an important part to play in developing Norelco’s business operations, customer experience and ways of working.

Over recent years, Norelco has pursued a determined growth strategy, expanding into new markets and gaining new customers. At the same time, the company has strengthened its position as an expert in power distribution, automation and service business, while also increasing its involvement in demanding deliveries for the marine and defence industries. Alongside this growth, Norelco continuously develops its operating models, customer processes and group structure. The objective is to build an even stronger foundation for long-term growth and to ensure that customers continue to receive expert, high-quality service across all areas of the business.

As part of this development, Norelco has strengthened both its financial management and sales leadership with new appointments. Riina Tolvanen, who started as Finance Manager in August, is responsible for group-level financial operations, their development, and the provision of financial services to the group companies. Her role includes a key responsibility for directing, harmonising and continuously developing financial administration processes. In addition, she acts as the line manager for key functions within the Group’s finance organisation.

Jukka Kokkonen, who assumed the role of Sales Director on 7 September 2026, is responsible for leading and developing Norelco’s sales operations as well as strengthening customer relationships. His responsibilities include supporting the company’s growth objectives by developing sales practices, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing cooperation with customers and partners.

Norelco’s CEO, Ari Hämäläinen, sees these appointments as an important part of the company’s next stage of development.
