For the building of a medium voltage network, Norelco has
three
different type of solutions to offer for indoor medium voltage power distribution:
modular or RMU SF6 switchgear or air-insulated switchboards.
NORELCO CGM is a modular SF6-type medium voltage switchgear for
building an electrical utility network. The CGM system consists of
various type of cubicles: feeder (load switch), fused load-brake
switch, circuit
breaker,
busbar switch and metering cubicles. In both the CGM and the CGC the
busbar system is located in the SF6-compartment, which means
maximum protection also for the busbars.
The circuit breaker
cubicle is available as a vacuum circuit breaker.
NORELCO CGC is a modern SF6-type ring main unit which is always
delivered as one compact unit consisting of two feeder and one fused
protection cubicle (2L+1P). The CGC and CGM systems are compatible
with each others and e.g. a CGC system can be extended with CGM
cubicles.

NORELCO EHS is a modular medium voltage switchgear assembly which can
be equipped with air-insulated or other type of equipment. The
EHS-system consists of various type of cubicles: feeder, fused
protection, circuit breaker, busbar switch, metering and cable rise
cubicles
